This comic strip is by Danish artist -
Herluf Bidstrup, who was extremely popular in the Soviet Union during
my childhood. The name of this comic is "Near the monkey cage in the
Zoo."
Personally I don't find this one very funny; however I think it's a little weird, because the male character looks absolutely normal, and then suddenly in the second picture of the third row he looks exactly like Al Capone. And if this not the indisputable proof that Al Capone is still alive, living a simple family live somewhere in Copenhagen, then my name is not Joseph McAllen. Which it isn’t.
